These 3 books changed my life — and they could change yours too

2 min read

This video isn’t just a reading list.

It’s the real story of how three specific books reshaped my mindset — and became the foundation for how I lead, build, and make decisions.

I read Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway by Susan Jeffers back in 2005.

It taught me that you should fear regret more than you fear failure — and that message has shaped every big leap I’ve taken since.

Then I read Start With Why by Simon Sinek.

That book helped me understand that your purpose — your why — should be bigger than something you can tick off. It should be the thing that drives you every day, even when things feel hard.

And finally, The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fck* by Mark Manson.

That one taught me to stop worrying about the judgement, the noise, the opinions. And to start focusing on the stuff that actually matters.

The last book had such a huge impact that we’ve invited Mark Manson himself to keynote this year’s eXp UK Conference.

You’ll also hear from Olympic champions like Victoria Pendleton and Sir Chris Hoy, futurist Jason Bradbury, economist Roger Martin-Fagg, and top-producing eXp agents and leaders from across the UK, US and Europe.

If you’re serious about growing your business, shifting your mindset, and building something extraordinary… you need to be in the room.

🗓 18–19 June
